DOMESTIC ORDERS
We provide free shipping to HOMEBODY living in Taiwan with a single order of NT$2,000:)
All orders will have a tracking number to confirm status at any time, please make sure you enter the correct phone number during the checkout process.
Shipping methods include FamilyMart, 7-11 supermarket pickup, and Black Cat Express.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are sorry that we cannot provide free shipping service for international orders. International orders will be shipped with DHL, and in Hong Kong and Macau, SF Express will be the non-shipping partner. You are responsible for local government customs, taxes, import duties, agency fees, or any additional charges.

RETURNS
We provide return/exchange services for Taiwanese consumers.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, well packaged, and returned to us without damage. If you return the product without special reasons, you will need to pay the shipping fee yourself. The item I purchased is a gift for a friend. Can I make special requests?
You are welcome to leave a note when placing an order to let us know your special needs for gift giving (eg. do not need an invoice, hope for simple gift packaging, hope for a handwritten card...) We will discuss with you and confirm your special needs before sending them out. .
